BUILD

We implement the automation end-to-end.

Built on the Diagnostic findings, the Build is a ten-day fixed-scope engagement. We implement the automation, connect your existing software, build the reporting layer, and hand over a documented system. Your software stack stays exactly as it is.

  • Power BI reporting dashboard
  • Integration with Xero, Sage, IRIS, CCH, and others
  • Written documentation and handover session
  • 30 days of post-launch support

Most clients move here after the Diagnostic. The two engagements are priced separately.

RETAIN

£950/month

6-month minimum

We optimise, extend, and maintain your system as your firm grows.

Automation without maintenance degrades. Software updates break flows, requirements change, new workflows emerge. Retain keeps your system performing and improves it every month.

Includes

  • Monthly enhancement or extension to your automation
  • "Ask anything" hour — direct access by call or message
  • Quarterly review of system performance and next priorities
  • Priority response for issues affecting the month-end close

Begins after a completed Build. Six-month minimum, then rolling monthly.

Common questions.

Do I have to start with the Diagnostic?
No. If you already have a clear picture of your workflow and are confident about where automation would help, you can go straight to a Build. But most clients find the Diagnostic pays for itself in the Build scoping alone.
What software do you work with?
We work with Xero, Sage, IRIS, CCH, and most other practice management and accounting systems used by UK firms. We also work with Excel-based workflows — the automation layer sits on top of, not instead of, your existing tools.
What happens if the automation doesn't work as expected after launch?
The Build includes 30 days of post-launch support. If something breaks or behaves unexpectedly in that window, we fix it. The Retain package extends this cover indefinitely.
Can you work with firms outside the UK?
Our focus is UK accountancy practices, where we understand the regulatory context and the software ecosystem. If you are based elsewhere but work within UK requirements, get in touch and we will be straightforward about fit.
